Every March, Dr. Seuss science activities and Dr Seuss STEM activities become a reader favorite. Pairing a great book with a fun science experiment or STEM challenge is always so much fun. Combining literacy and science or STEM is perfect for hands-on learning that your kids will love to try again and again!

We are fortunate to live near the Springfield Museums in Massachusetts, which boast the fantastic Dr. Seuss memorial sculpture garden and the birthplace of Seuss himself. You can visit the Lorax, Yertle, Horton, and many more. Kids love the larger-than-life sculptures, including my son!

The following Dr Seuss activities are great for a Dr Seuss theme at school or home or a special Dr Seuss birthday party. If you have a favorite book you don’t see listed below, can you develop your own Dr Seuss STEM activity for it?
