LEGO CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS

Our Christmas LEGO ornaments focus on using simple LEGO bricks and easy to make building ideas. However, you can take each design and give it your own unique twist!

1. LEGO CHRISTMAS TREE

I used a 2 x 10 flat piece to build the tree on and to clip on the yellow piece to hold the chain. Alternatively, you can simply tie the ribbon around the top or use a LEGO chain and clip to the studs.

I used a series of vertical flat pieces to create a tree shape and then a few 2×2 flat squares to create a little depth to the tree. Add a 2×2 brown flat piece.

Decorate your LEGO Christmas tree as you like! My son chose colorful 1×1 studs.

2. LEGO CIRCLE ORNAMENT

Not quite sure what to call this but it would make a fun wreath if you had all green with thin red ones in between for holly! Use the colors you have. You could try a candy cane color theme.

My son used a pipe cleaner to thread the LEGO pieces in an alternating color pattern. This was really all his idea for a LEGO ornament. A sort of take on the traditional pony bead and pipe cleaner ornament!

3. LEGO CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT

This little ornament was actually a challenge I originally found on the LEGO classic site. I added a special hanger to it to put on our tree.

4. RUDOLPH ORNAMENT

Well, as you can see we used the colors we had on hand. In the next photo down you can see we used a piece of an aircraft carrier to construct a reindeer head.

From there we dressed our LEGO Rudolph ornament up with a few flat tiles and assorted bricks to make antlers. Make sure to add a red nose too.

HOW TO HANG YOUR LEGO ORNAMENTS

Right above here you can see the two different type of hanging pieces we sorted through our collection to find. If you don’t have these type of hanger or attachments, see what else you might have or you can either attach one of those LEGO chains or add ribbon to make it hang on the tree!
