When the weather gets cold outside then winter crafts and activities are sure to delight! Make an easy winter theme handprint craft with simple materials. Create your own winter keepsake this season for fun things to do indoors for kids!
Winter Handprint Craft
Supplies:
- Cardstock – black, grey
- White acrylic paint
- Scissors
- Glue stick
Instructions:
STEP 1. Begin by tracing your little one’s hand and arm on black cardstock. Try to make the fingers far apart. Cut out the handprint.
STEP 2. Glue the handprint to the bottom of a sheet of grey cardstock, width-wise.
STEP 3. Now, pour white acrylic paint on a flat surface. We like to use paper plates. Get your kids to take their finger and dip it into the paint. Then proceed to paint snow on the tree.
Don’t forget the snow on the ground, as well. Use your fingerprints to make snow falling from the sky, too!
