POP UP CHRISTMAS TREE CARD
SUPPLIES:
- Printable Christmas tree template
- Cardstock
- Scissors
- Paper
- Markers
- Tape
HOW TO MAKE A POP UP CHRISTMAS CARD
STEP 1. Print the free Christmas tree template.
STEP 2. Use markers or watercolors to color the Christmas tree and then cut out.
TIP: Want to use your own watercolor paint? Check out our DIY watercolor paints!
STEP 3. Fold a piece of cardstock in half. Then cut into the fold line with scissors. You want to cut two identical slits about half an inch a part and about 2 inches long. Repeat for each pop up you want.
STEP 4. Open the card and push the cut pieces inside the card.
STEP 5. Tape your colored Christmas trees onto the pop up box.
Once completed you can add any lettering you like to the front and write a Christmas message inside. Then your homemade pop up Christmas cards can be on their way to friends and family far away.
