How to Make a Turkey Disguise Craft

Supplies Needed:

  • Turkey disguise printable templates (in the SHOP now!)
  • Crayons, colored pencils, or markers
  • Glue stick or scissors
  • Optional: construction paper, glitter, googly eyes, craft feathers

Instructions:

  1. Choose a disguise — Will your turkey be a ninja or a mermaid?
  2. Color all the turkey and disguise pieces.
  3. Cut out the turkey and each accessory carefully.
  4. Glue the disguise pieces onto the turkey outline.
  5. Write a name or short story about your turkey’s disguise!

Make It a Classroom Project

Teachers love turning this project into a fun Thanksgiving bulletin board display.
Have each student create and name their turkey—then hang them up with captions like “Can You Find the Real Turkey?” or “Save the Turkeys!”
