HOW TO MAKE SLIME

The majority of our best slime activities are made with our basic slime recipes. Just 3 ingredients, slime activator, water and glue. From there we add color, glitter, sequins, real pumpkin, sand, and more for neat slime themes to go with every month of the year! This is our year of the best slime activities you can do at home or school!

Our go to slime recipes…

Did you know slime is also science?

Yes! You can have a mini slime lesson while you make, explore, and play with your slime! We also wrote a post on The Basic Science of Homemade Slime. It’s meant to be simple for young kids but has links to more in depth resources for older kids. There’s no better way to learn than to play.

  1. I’d love to make this with my toddler group here at the library but can’t seem to find the specific recipe with amounts anywhere on your site. I know I could use just a general slime recipe but wanted to see yours. Please direct me! Feeling frustrated…
