HOW TO MAKE PONY BEAD ORNAMENTS

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then line a baking pan with aluminum foil to protect the pan and make it easier for the ornaments to release from the pan. Add snowflake cookie cutters to the pan.

STEP 2. Fill each cookie cutter with a single layer of beads. Use a toothpick or bamboo skewer to arrange the beads.

STEP 3: Carefully put the baking sheet in the oven and melt the beads.

The time can vary based on the type and size of pony bead. Begin checking at 5 minutes. My snowflakes took 15 minutes to melt!

These snowflake ornaments are ready when the beads are melted and the hole in each bead has disappeared.

STEP 4: Remove the melted bead ornaments from the oven and allow to cool completely. To remove, gently pull the sides of the cookie cutter away from the melted beads.

STEP 5: Use the drill to create a small hole in each snowflake ornament and tie a piece of string or ribbon for hanging.
