INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Print the turtle template or create your own design.
STEP 2: Dip cotton swabs or toothpicks in paint and create a design on paper. Be creative with color and size.
Try other materials like cotton balls, pencil erasers, the ideas are endless.
